Karla Osorio Gallery at the 4th edition of the ArPa Art Fair

28 May, 2025

The Karla Osorio Gallery is pleased to announce its participation in the fourth edition of the ArPa Art Fair, one of the most relevant events in the Latin American art scene. The fair takes place from May 28 to June 1, 2025, at the Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu in São Paulo.

Featured Artists

This year, the gallery presents three artists from different cultures, generations, and artistic research, all represented by the gallery:

  • Pascal Hachem (Lebanon/France) – A Lebanese artist based in Paris, Hachem is known for his installations and drawings that explore human relationships, urban space, and power dynamics. His works have been exhibited at renowned institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum (London) and the Mario Merz Foundation (Turin).
  • Jonathan Vivacqua (Italy/Uruguay) – With a unique approach, Vivacqua transforms industrial materials into art, exploring the boundaries between architecture, design, and sculpture. His monumental works and paintings incorporate elements such as cement and iron, reflecting on sustainability and environmental impact.
  • Matheus Marques Abu (Brazil) – A Brazilian artist based in Rio de Janeiro, Abu develops in-depth research on Afro-diasporic themes, using the sea, nature, and Adinkra ideograms as metaphors for community and transatlantic memory. His works have been featured at the 1-54 Art Fair London and the October Gallery (London).
