From the Art Office to Galeria Karla Osorio
Currently, the gallery represents both Brazilian and international artists, whether at the beginning or mid-career stages, and also operates in the secondary market. It prioritizes innovative artistic production and promotes diverse languages and techniques. Thus, its program has a significant focus on geometry, minimalism, and visual poetry, with an emphasis on abstraction in painting.
Additionally, the gallery is committed to supporting artists who address gender issues and socio-political themes with precision, delving into contemporary issues. To this end, it develops projects to stimulate new collectors and include artists in the national and international scene.
Location
The gallery is situated in a unique location with five pavilions, six galleries, and an artist residency program, all connected by a large garden used for public space artworks.
It also maintains a schedule of temporary exhibitions, publishing bilingual curatorial texts. The gallery offers courses, workshops, and public space interventions, often in partnership with other institutions.
